How does one balance between being nice and being a doormat? Where is the thin line between being insensitively rude and pointing out unsaid facts? Something happened to our project group today. One of us was to busy to complete his/her share of work and we need to arrange an additional meeting to complete it. (S)he apologize and explained that (s)he didn't do his/her share because (s)he needs to complete an essay and a presentation which are due tomorrow. Another one of us did not accept this explanation because all of us are equally busy with assignments.
