Dr Julius went to Santo Tomas, Pampanga, to witness the Pakbung Hudas, an Easter Sunday ritual in which an effigy of Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus to the Romans, was given his just rewards. I love his job. Too bad NUS doesn't offer anthropology.
