The man who threw a glass tea light holder at the Queen's coach in September, sparking a security scare, wants the courts to order DNA tests on a number of members of the royal family.
The man wants to prove that Queen Beatrix is not the daughter of Juliana and is therefore not rightfully Queen, so he cannot be prosecuted for insulting the monarch, the paper says.
