The Height Of Ridicule

On 14 February 2011, I received the following email from National Skin Centre after sending them an email to make an appointment.

On 17 February 2011, I received another email from National Skin Centre.

It's going to take a week just to make an appointment. Patience is a virtue Dennis. You were a medic. You should know better than to be irritated by an endless string of computer generated email replies sent from one of our world class healthcare institutions.
