The Name of the Rose

Just watched this 1986 movie by Jean-Jacques Annaud, starring Sean Connery and Christian Slater. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Having watched BBC's Sherlock (2010), Granada TV's The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes (1984), and seven seasons of House, M.D. (2004-Now), I think it's safe to say that I am, without doubt, a crazy fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes.

Now, to get back on my developmental lab assignment. Oh, Professor JE has just turned down my request for him to be my thesis supervisor. My loss... =(

The most important (commandment) is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these. Said Jesus in Mark 12:39-41
