On Physical Health

I think most Christian communities will not disagree that Jesus had/has perfect spiritual health. That is to say, He was/is without sin.

But what about His physical health? Did He fall ill when He was incarnate? Was He born with any physical defect? I would think yes. If nails and spears could harm his body, I don't see how bacteria and viruses wouldn't. But, isn't physical illness a by-product of sin? Hmmm... I don't know......
