Yue Ru and I met up at IMM this afternoon for lunch at Swensons. The students' offer from 2.30pm to 5.30pm allowed us to feast upon the Cheese Steak Meltdown and Mega Burger at only $9.80 each, including a free flow of drinks. The portions were too big for us, but the glutton in us finished up everything on the plate anyway.
She is still working at the childcare centre at Bukit Panjang. Peppering our meal with her stories of naughty children and mass bathing sessions make our meet-up such a pleasant one. I'm glad we're still so close.
